We can advise you, send a picture of the intended area for the rug and we can suggest the best designs and size for the space.  We also have home consultation service where we bring rug samples to your home to match your décor and style.

We can take a design a rug design you like and create it in the size and materials to your liking.  So whether you would like your rug round or rectangle or a something completely different we can help!

You can come into showroom in Holland Village and we can guide you through the process of selecting a design, size and aterials available. We have a range of samples and colors in store and you will be able to feel the differences between the materials. Alternatively, you can contact us via email with pictures and sizes and we can then provide you with a quotation based on your needs.

Hand tufting is a newer technique, it has been developed to combine the ancient craft of weaving with modern day technology. The way hand-tufting works is that the weaver starts with a sheet of canvas or similar material and pulls wool strands through this using a tufting gun or tool.

The most common materials for our rugs are Bamboo, Tencel and New Zealand Wool. We also work with other materials such as silk, depending on your preference. Rugs can be made entirely of one material or in varying combinations of materials. We will be able to advise you on texture, the benefits of each material and which material is best suited to your needs.

For our curated range of rugs, which are handmade, the lead time from the order placed to delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks.

For our ready to ship range rugs, it is estimated the lead time is 2-3 weeks from when the order was placed.

However, please note, at times, shipping times may vary due to circumstances out of our control.

Delivery to a Singapore address is included in our very reasonable pricing. Your rug will be shipped directly from the workshop overseas to your stipulated address.  Your rug will come wrapped and delivered to your doorstep.  Please note, any unwrapping, laying, moving of furniture, these services are charged extra upon request to keep our rug prices reasonable.

Any event there isn’t lift access to your home and the rug needs to be moved by stairs, there will be an additional cost.

Color differences - all digital images will be shown differently from screen to screen, it would not be accepted as product fault due to digital color differences.

Colors will also show up differently on different materials, For example, the same shade of white will show be noticeably different on wood versus bamboo silk and Tencel silk as they have reflective properties, colors will also look differently depending on which angle and how much light is in the room. This is natural.

We advise you to use our home consultation service to ensure you are happy with the chosen rug before proceeding. Every piece of handmade bespoke rug is based on client's sizing, color, material preference hence we are unable to offer any refund or exchange.
